Property Portfolio Manager vs. Property Manager
A property portfolio manager is a manager of a portfolio of properties. Typically, clients who retain a portfolio manager are working with a manager that is also responsible for several other properties. In this case a portfolio manager has a delicate balance of their time between the properties, and clients typically are not paying for a full-time property manager.
A property manager is a manager that is dedicated and responsible for only one property. The management company usually handles the financial needs from the management office.
Either way, a professional property management company can save your association money, manage vendors, bring valuable legal expertise, long term financial planning, consistency, property upkeep and more!
