For non-life threatening, after hours concerns call 585-424-1540. Leave your name, unit number, association name, telephone number, and concern with the answering service.
Please Note: Messages left in the general voicemail will be received the following business day.
For emergencies requiring fire, police or ambulance response call 911.
Refuse & Recycling
Pick-up day is Wednesday. Your containers can be placed at the curb on Tuesday nights, and for no more than 24 hours.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payment is due the 1st of each month. A late fee of of $15.00 will be added if payment is received after the 10th of the month.
