Refuse & Recycling
Your refuse company is Suburban Disposal.
Pick-up day is Wednesday. Homeowners must supply their own refuse container.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
A late fee of $25.00 will be applied if received after the 10th of the month.
