Refuse & Recycling
Refuse company: Suburban Disposal
Pick-up day is Wednesday. Covered containers are supplied by refuse company. Your containers can be placed at the end of the driveway the evening before.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
The assessment payment is due the 1st of each month. There is a $15 late fee if payment is received after the 5th of the month.
