For non-life threatening, after hours concerns call 585-424-1540. Leave your name, unit number, association name, telephone number, and concern with the answering service.
Please Note: Messages left in the “general mailbox” after hours will be received the following business day.
For emergencies requiring fire, police or ambulance response call 911.

Pick-up day is Friday. Your containers can be placed at the curb the evening before.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payments are due the 1st of each month. A late fee of $35 will be added for payments received after the 15th of the month.
