Richard K. Aikens formed Kenrick Corporation in 1985 to provide management services for five properties. More than thirty-five years later, Kenrick Corporation is now providing real estate management for over eight million square feet of real estate property in the Rochester, NY area. As the number of properties Kenrick Corporation managed expanded, we noticed the need for high quality, reliable maintenance service.

Kenrick Maintenance Corporation was formed to meet that need and was built on the same values of exceptional performance, service, and integrity. Kenrick Maintenance Corporation has continued to grow, servicing properties managed by Kenrick Corporation, as well as other
residential and commercial buildings.
