For non-life threatening, after hours service call 585-424-1540. Leave your name, unit number, association name, phone number, and concern with the answering service.
Please Note: Messages left on the general voicemail box will be received the following business day.
For emergencies requiring police, fire or ambulance response call 911.
Refuse & Recycling
Pick-up day is Monday. Covered containers for each building are in the garage. Refuse company picks up in the garage.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payment is due the 1st of each month. A $25 late fee added if received after the 10th of the month.
