Refuse & Recycling
Refuse company: Waste Management
Pick-up day is Wednesday. Covered containers are supplied by refuse company. Your containers can be placed at the curb the evening before.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
There is late fee of 10% of the monthly assessment if received after the 10th of the month.
