For non-life threatening, after hours concerns call 585-424-1540.  Leave your name, unit number, association name, telephone number, and concern with the answering service.

Please Note: Messages left in the general mailbox after hours will be received the following business day.

For emergencies requiring fire, police, or ambulance response call 911.

Refuse company: City of Canandaigua Dept. of Public Works

Pickup day is Tuesday. Your containers can be placed at the curb no earlier than 24hrs before pickup.

To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please contact the City of Canandaigua Dept. of Public Works directly at 585-396-5060.

Payments are due on the 1st of the month. There is a $10 late fee if received after the 10th of the month.
