Holiday Harbour is a Condominium Community with 155 units on the north end of Canandaigua Lake in the City of Canandaigua. It boasts a lovely Clubhouse, canal lighted boat slips & walk areas, heated in-ground pool, & tennis court. Built during the 1970’s.

Emergencies & After Hours
For non-life threatening, after hours concerns call 585-424-1540. Leave your name, unit number, association name, phone number, and your concern with the answering service.
Please Note: Messages left in the general voicemail at Kenrick or the On-site Office will be received the following business day.
For emergencies requiring fire, police, ambulance response, or noise disturbances call 911.
Refuse & Recycling
Pick-up day is Tuesday. Residents may access the reuse/receptacles at their convenience. Residents who require assistance in disposing of refuse/recycling place their refuse at the curb and the on-site staff will collect and place in dumpsters.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please contact the City of Canandaigua / Dept. of Public Works at 585-396-5060.
Assessment Payment
Payments are due on the 1st of each month. There is a $15 charge if received after the 15th of the month.
