Refuse & Recycling
Refuse company: Suburban Disposal
Pick-up day is Thursday. Covered containers are supplied by the refuse company.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
A late fee of 10% of the assessment payment will be added if received after the 10th of the month.
