For emergencies requiring fire, police or ambulance response call 911.
Refuse & Recycling
Pick-up day is Monday. Your containers can be placed at the curb the night before, and for no more than 24 hours.
To make special or bulk pick-up arrangements, please refer to the details on the Reference Table in the Document Resources section of this webpage.
Assessment Payment
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
A late fee of $30.00 will be applied if received after the 15th of the month.
