Fox Ridge HOA

Fox Ridge is a single family home development located in the semi-rural Town of Canandaigua, NY, also known as The Chosen Spot in the language of the Seneca Indians,  Canandaigua’s first settlers.
Fox Ridge is within a comfortable view of beautiful Canandaigua Lake and consists of 118 existing homes with plans to build 34 additional. Our homes are a mix of custom built and semi-custom built on lots of varying sizes – several with lake views and others with protected green belt woods. The homes range in size from 1,500  to 5,000 square feet with a variety of homeowners spanning from young families to residents enjoying retirement.

Many of the residents work in Canandaigua and the surrounding area or make the short commute to nearby Rochester. The Fox Ridge Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Directors made up of volunteer residents who oversee grounds upkeep, collect dues for the Association and manage many other responsibilities to help the community run smoothly.
