Closing / Refinance Document Definitions
Statement of Common Charges: from managing agent for Condominium or Homeowners Association, providing the present status of common charges, assessments, fines or fees against the unit/home. REQUIRED for all properties.
Right of First Refusal Waiver: from Condominium Board of managers. REQUIRED for all Bristol Harbour Condominiums, Brighton Estates Condominiums, and Ridge Meadows HOA properties.
Certificate of Compliance: from portfolio manager determining if any exterior modifications, alterations, improvements or additions have been made on the unit/home and certifying that the same have been approved by the Board. REQUIRED for the following:
