Submit a Service Request

We are pleased to announce our new management platform…Enumerate!

Signing up for portal access will allow you to submit service tickets, view the status of current service tickets, and stay in touch with the team at Kenrick.

Phase One (starting March 11, 2024) will allow homeowners to submit service tickets (work orders)
Phase Two (starting April 2024) will allow homeowners to submit architectural reviews (variance requests)

Please follow the instructions below to gain access.

Important: you must know the name of your community to register

  1. Click the button below to be taken to Kenrick’s Enumerate Portal.
  2. Click Register as a new user.
  3. Type the name of your association and select it when it appears.
  4. Type in your email and click Find my record using this email.
  5. Create username and password (you may use the same username and password that you used with the previous work order system). You must have this username and password to access the Portal.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions (verify email address, etc).
  7. Once registered, log in and then click Maintenance.
  8. Click +Add.
  9. Click Category.
  10. Select the type of work needed.
  11. Fill in all appropriate information in summary.
  12. Fill in details. Please be as specific as possible.
  13. Click Save.
