Accreditations

The Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation is awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI), a 32,500-member, international organization dedicated to building better communities. Our mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership, and responsible citizenship—ideals reflected in communities that are preferred places to call home.

The Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation is awarded by Community Associations Institute (CAI), a 32,500-member, international organization dedicated to building better communities. Working in partnership with 60 chapters, CAI provides information, education, and resources to those involved in community association governance and management.

Community Association Managers International Certification Board’s (CAMICB) purpose is to ensure that community association managers practice with professionalism, integrity, and knowledge. To do so, we administer the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) certification program, the only internationally accredited certification program in the field.​

The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International is a federation of 91 BOMA U.S. associations and 18 international affiliates. Its mission is to advance a vibrant commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence, and knowledge.​​
